Job Description
- Lead financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the China region
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and profitability.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth and cost optimization.
- Support the leadership team with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior FP&A Should Have
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes and principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment.
- A proactive and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
