As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will work closely with the IT team to design, implement, and maintain high-quality, user-friendly, and responsive web applications. You will contribute to product development, ensure excellent performance and usability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while keeping up with emerging technologies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality, fully tested front-end code using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Implement best practices for front-end architecture, modular coding, and responsive design to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), gather feedback from users, and implement improvements.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Professional Certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as ReactJS, NextJS, Angular, VueJS, Redux, SASS/SCSS, ES5/6.
- Proficiency in mobile-responsive design, cross-browser testing, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Git and source control workflows.
- Solid understanding of the web development lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, and post-release support.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
