Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Developer with strong backend, infrastructure, and server management experience. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining full-stack web applications, automating tasks, and managing hosting environments across dedicated servers and VPS platforms such as Hetzner, AWS, Leaseweb, and UpCloud.

The ideal candidate is confident working in Linux (Rocky Linux) environments, comfortable with both application-level and system-level development, and has hands-on experience managing deployments, performance, and uptime at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications

Design and optimize MySQL databases (schemas, indexing, query performance)

Configure and manage Nginx, Tomcat, and backend application servers

Develop backend logic using CFML (Lucee/ColdFusion), .NET, Python, or Node.js (or be willing to learn)

Handle front-end integration using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Confidently operate in Linux shell environments (Rocky Linux)

Write and maintain bash scripts, cronjobs, schedulers, and watchdog processes for automation and uptime

Configure and secure systems using iptables, firewall rules, and standard Linux hardening practices

Manage and optimize deployments across Proxmox, Hetzner, Leaseweb, UpCloud, and similar platforms

Configure and manage Cloudflare for CDN, caching, DNS, SSL, and firewall settings

Troubleshoot performance, system stability, and scalability issues

Required Skills & Experience

Strong proficiency in Linux shell and system administration (Rocky Linux preferred)

Hands-on experience with Tomcat, Java, Lucee, and/or Adobe ColdFusion

Solid understanding of MySQL databases and query optimization

Familiarity with Nginx configuration, reverse proxying, and SSL management

Experience managing dedicated servers and VPS environments (Proxmox, Hetzner, Leaseweb, UpCloud, etc.)

Skilled in writing bash scripts, setting up cronjobs, and managing services via systemd or PM2

Working knowledge of Cloudflare configuration (DNS, caching, security, and analytics)

Understanding of iptables, firewalls, and secure server configurations

Familiarity with developer tools such as Cursor, Lovable.dev, and Windsurf

Proficient with Git and version control workflows

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Python, .NET, or Node.js frameworks

Knowledge of REST APIs, WebSockets, and asynchronous processing

Experience managing high-traffic websites and optimizing performance
