Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of building and scaling SaaS products. This role requires strong technical skills, hands-on coding, and the ability to guide a small team of engineers while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The right person is excited to grow into a leadership role as the team expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications with a focus on performance and user experience.
• Work across the full stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end APIs and databases.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.
• Lead and mentor 12 engineers, with potential to grow into managing a team of 57.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Support integration with third-party APIs and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Contribute to process improvement and technical decision-making within the engineering team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with proven SaaS application development experience.
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and relational/non-relational databases.
• Hands-on exposure to CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and automated testing frameworks.
