Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and product-minded Senior Product Engineer to join our AI growing engineering team.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution, designing and building scalable backend systems that power mission-critical applications. You will work in a modern multi-cloud environment (AWS & Azure), leveraging cloud-native technologies, microservices architecture, and PostgreSQL databases to deliver high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product-Driven Development

Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into scalable, low latency microservices and APIs.

System Architecture

Design and develop backend systems using Golang, C# .NET, or Java Spring Boot, ensuring high performance and maintainability.

Database Management

Architect data models, implement complex queries, and optimize the performance of PostgreSQL databases handling high-volume transactions.

Multi-Cloud Infrastructure

Deploy, operate, and scale cloud-native applications across both AWS and Azure environments using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Code Quality & OOP

Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns to write clean, testable, and modular code.

CI/CD & DevOps

Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and ensure secure, automated deployments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience in backend or product engineering.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following ecosystems: Golang, C# .NET, or Java Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, SOLID design principles, and modern software design patterns.
• Extensive hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including query optimization, indexing strategies, and database architecture.
• Proven experience building and managing infrastructure on both AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, EKS) and Azure (e.g., AKS, Azure SQL, Blob Storage).
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design (REST/gRPC).
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills in English, and a proven track record of taking ownership of complex product features from conception to deployment.
