Job Requirements*

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in backend/full stack development
• Strong hands-on expertise in:

Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture

• Experience in full stack development (React or Angular)
• Strong understanding of system design and scalable architecture
• Experience building APIs and handling system integrations
• Knowledge of high-volume data or media processing systems
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset

Key Responsibilities*

• Design and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring
• Develop end-to-end features including backend services and frontend integration
• Build and maintain robust APIs for web and mobile applications
• Optimize performance across backend systems, APIs, and frontend layers
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, frontend, mobile)
• Participate in Agile practices like sprint planning and retrospectives
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Follow coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure clean architecture
• Take ownership of technical decisions and delivery outcomes
• Support mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team
• Drive improvements in engineering practices and processes
