Senior Consultant (BC)
The role involves implementing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP, communicating with customers to understand their needs, and developing solutions. Responsibilities include providing post-Go-live support andtraining, andcollaborating with the team on design and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consulting services and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP including design, blueprinting, configuration, customization, migration, UAT testing, and cutover to the Production environment.
- Communicate with customers at various levels (up to senior executives) to understand business processes and requirements.
- Develop functional and technical documentation, analyze requirements, and design solutions.
- Support existing global customers and collaborate with the teamregardingconcept design and implementation.
- Provide system post-Go-live support as well as classroom training whenever necessary.
Qualifications:
- Candidate mustpossessa Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated knowledge of all aspects of the ERP project lifecycle including design, blueprinting, functional configuration, testing, and cutover to system Go-Live.
- Excellent understanding of industry best practices related to Finance Accounting, Procurement, Inventory Management, CRM, Sales, and Distribution.
- Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into business solutions and process improvements.
- Completed a minimum of 5 cycles of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP or equivalent ERP implementation.
- Implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for Finance, SCM, and Manufacturing is mandatory.
- Strongproficiencyin English and client-facing skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
