To analyze all available well data, subsurface and surface analogues, production and test data and incorporating all this information into 3D static models.
To analyze the geological uncertainties, features and potential variations which will impact the HCIIP calculations.
To provide geological input into multi-disciplinary reservoir studies.
To work closely with reservoir engineers to generate the appropriate geological model for input into dynamic modelling and contribute to the dynamic model calibration.
To provide technical advice on data collection and laboratory studies related to logging and coring.
To perform development well planning by creating well targets and preparing geological prognosis.
To assist in well operation during drilling.
To identify unexploited hydrocarbon accumulations.
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Geology, Geoscience, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in an Exploration & Production (E&P) company.
Proficient in Petrel software for geological modeling and interpretation.
Strong understanding of subsurface data integration, reservoir characterization, and geological modelling workflows.
Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
