Senior Graphic Designer (Creative Team Lead)

Creative Design & Team Leadership

• Lead and manage creative projects from concept development to final production.
• Develop high-quality designs for branding, advertising, social media, packaging, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with the company's brand identity and design standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide creative direction to junior graphic designers.
• Review and enhance design quality before final approval and submission.
• Utilize professional design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team.

Collaboration & Creative Strategy

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and other departments to develop innovative and impactful creative concepts.
• Translate marketing objectives into visually engaging and effective design solutions.
• Contribute creative ideas that strengthen brand awareness and support business goals.

Social Media & Content Creation (Vice Chancellor)

• Manage and maintain the Vice Chancellor's social media platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including photos, videos, Reels, captions, and promotional materials.
• Accompany the Vice Chancellor during events, meetings, and official activities to capture content for social media.
• Monitor social media engagement and content performance, and recommend improvements based on insights and trends.

Merchandise Promotion & Branding

• Create and execute promotional content for merchandise campaigns.
• Coordinate content shoots and promotional activities related to merchandise launches and campaigns.
• Support merchandise branding initiatives by ensuring consistent visual identity across all promotional materials.
