• We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Senior Graphic Designers to join our team and contribute to Japan's top-tier international projects. The role involves creating world-class visual art and assets across various platforms, including mobile games, social media, advertising videos, and websites.
• As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will utilize advanced industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other specialized software to produce high-quality digital assets. You will be responsible for ensuring that all deliverables align with the client's vision while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Job Requirements

• Conduct in-depth research and gather references to inspire creative proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and project objectives.
• Develop detailed mockups, wireframes, and storyboards while iterating on design concepts based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Create high-quality digital design assets, including branding materials, mobile game UI, social media graphics, motion graphics, and video assets.
• Deliver innovative design layouts optimized for various digital platforms, adhering to client specifications and usability standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of creative projects from concept to delivery.
• Organize workflows efficiently and manage schedules to meet strict deadlines without compromising quality.
• Mentor junior designers by conducting training sessions on production tools and best practices.

1.Creative Skills

• High comprehension to align the clients needs and ability to replicate them at a professional level.
• Ability to adapt innovative and high quality design layout and changes for various digital platforms as per client specifications.
• Ability to conduct the storyboard and the proposal based on client's requirements with creativity process.
• A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, color theory, typography, and composition in visual design.

2. Technical Expertise

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, and UI/UX design principles.

3. Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Work with analytical and logical thinking to consider multiple perspective to drive the projects.

4. Experience:

• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of proven experience in graphics design across various platforms.
• A portfolio showcasing diverse various projects that demonstrate technical skills and creativity.
• Adequate proposal experience for pre-production
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.

5. Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
