The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to shape how anime fans experience AnimeOshi.
This is not a traditional design role. We are looking for someone who is deeply immersed in anime culture and understands what resonates with fans. You will not just be designing assets. You will be defining how fans engage with the content they love across social, community, and product touchpoints.
We work at high speed and expect you to be a strong creative operator who can use AI to accelerate ideation and execution. You should be comfortable iterating quickly, testing multiple directions, and producing high-fidelity visuals that feel authentic to the community.

What You Will Do
- Content Strategy & Optimization: Master the art of short-form content by focusing on hooks, retention, and conversion. You will constantly analyze what works and adapt your output to maximize engagement across social platforms.
- Rapid Creative Iteration: Act as the team's creative engine by testing and refining concepts in real-time. You will turn abstract ideas into polished visual assets faster than traditional workflows allow, keeping us ahead of the curve.
- AI-Accelerated Production: Use AI as a tool to enhance your creative workflow, not replace it. You will leverage AI for speed, exploration, and scale, while applying your own taste, judgment, and craft to ensure every output feels intentional and high quality.

- You are deeply immersed in anime culture. You don't just watch anime, you understand trends, studios, visual styles, and what resonates with different fandoms.
- You have strong creative instincts and a clear point of view. You know what looks good, what feels authentic, and what will perform.
- You move fast and iterate constantly. You prefer testing multiple ideas over polishing one too early, and you're comfortable working in a high-speed environment.
- You are comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow, but you rely on your taste and judgment to direct the outcome.
- You combine technical prowess with a keen eye for aesthetics and composition. You ensure every piece of content feels authentic to the community and tells a compelling visual story.
