Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Graphic Designer role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Graphic Designer will develop visually engaging designs, including graphics, branding, and logos to elevate our clients brand identities. Responsibilities include creating and executing design solutions, working collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams, and ensuring projects align with clients vision and objectives. The role also entails refining typography, adhering to brand guidelines, and consistently delivering high-quality, innovative visuals on time.

Creative Responsibilities

• Visualise and craft stunning visuals for a variety projects from digital platforms and prints
• Act as design guardian for clients brands ensuring colour, type and visual equities follow brand standards
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts
• Maintain the agency's standards of creative excellence
• Manage multiple projects with finesse, ensuring top notch quality and timely delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience transforming creative concepts into visually compelling designs, ideally within marketing agency
• A diverse and impressive portfolio that showcases versatility, originality, and a strong design aesthetic
• Diploma/Degree holder in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent real-world experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
• Skilled in prompt engineering and using AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Gemini, Meta AI to elevate design quality and innovation
• A visual problem solver who can adapt to challenges on the fly
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing creative boundaries
• Excellent communication skills and able to articulate creative ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• MUST be based in Malaysia. No working visa will be provided
