About The Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer at REISE, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality creative assets that support commercial, marketing, and campaign initiatives across several markets. This is a hands-on role suited for an experienced designer who can translate briefs quickly, work across multiple deliverables and maintain strong design standards in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all creative output both for the organisation's corporate communications (MarComm dept) and client-facing commercial campaigns is clear, effective and aligned with brand objectives

What You'll Be Doing:

Creative Design & Execution
  • Design and produce high-quality digital and print assets, including presentations, campaign visuals, sales materials, social media creatives, and marketing collateral.
  • Translate briefs into clear, effective designs with minimal supervision.
  • Adapt and refine creative assets across formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.

Client & On-site Design Support
  • Deliver presentation-ready work suitable for external audiences, including slides, event collateral, and on-site design coordination during client events.
  • Provide on-site support during annual conventions, rallies, and client events.
  • Manage multiple design requests concurrently while meeting tight timelines.

Quality & Brand Consistency
  • Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and design standards.
  • Apply strong attention to detail across layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proactively identify and resolve design or execution issues.

Collaboration & Workflow
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand objectives and refine briefs.
  • Manage tasks through established workflows or ticketing systems.
  • Provide constructive input and suggestions to improve creative effectiveness.

Who You Are:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • 57+ years of experience as a graphic designer in an in-house or agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in campaign visuals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
  • Able to work independently and manage deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively with non-design stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Digital Advertising and Digital Marketing.
  • Experience supporting campaign-driven or client-facing teams.
  • Familiarity with adapting creative assets for different markets or audiences.
  • Basic motion graphics or video editing experience.
  • Knowledge of emerging design trends and technologies, particularly those enhancing creative efficiency.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or social media content formats.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
