Able to clearly communicate sales storytelling and structure with design in line with the company's branding, product positioning and marketing strategy.
Ensure the brand's consistency across all designs and printed materials.
Design the marketing material including the social media posts, website design, brochures, banner, flyer and etc.
Evaluate creative trends, provide creative insights and recommendations, and keep up-to-date with latest marketing techniques.
Take initiative and inspire the team for the brainstorming session for the to get the creative idea for the design.
Assist to resolve the design challenge and issue with the design team.
Take design concepts from idea to consumer, be open to think big and have passion to take your idea through production and execution.
Liaise with the external stakeholder including printing supplier design agency to ensure the deadline is meet and the output is presentable.
Job requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Multimedia, Graphic or Visual Communication Design.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, CSS and basic HTML coding.
Have a creative portfolio in graphic/creative designing.
Possess working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles.
Able and/or knows how to create/edit vertical video or short video content for the usage of social media platforms.
Knowledge in web design, UI/UX will be an added advantage.
Highly organized with strong project management skills.
Self-motivated and resourceful. Strong work ethics and takes pride in the quality of their work.
