JOB PURPOSE

Triton Poker Series is the world's most prestigious poker tour, and we're looking for a designer who can make that prestige visible everywhere our brand shows up, from a social post to a final table backdrop to a partnership deck sitting on a sponsor's desk.

You'll be the person who takes our brand system and makes it real across every format. You will need a range: fast-turnaround social content one day, a polished commercial deck the next, and full on-site branding for a live event after that. Experience in sports or poker specifically is a big plus, since you'll need to understand what makes this world feel premium and credible to the people in it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Brand Identity & Consistency

• Own the visual identity across Triton and its sub-brands, including Triton Fantasy, and keep everything looking consistent, premium, and instantly recognizable.

Event & Tournament Collateral

• Bring our live events to life through stage backdrops, signage, credentials, wayfinding, sponsor branding, and other onsite creative assets across destinations like Jeju, Cyprus, and beyond.

Social Media Creatives & Templates

• Create eye-catching social media visuals, campaign assets, and templates that capture the energy of Triton and engage our global audience.

Print, Packaging & Marketing Materials

• Design print materials, merchandise, packaging, promotional assets, and other creative materials from concept through production.

Brand Partnership Work

• Support creative work for sponsors and brand partners, ensuring their presence fits naturally within the Triton brand.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+/8+ years in a graphic design role, with a portfolio that shows range across social, print, and presentation design.
• Strong grasp of brand systems: you can apply an identity consistently across wildly different formats, not just follow a template.
• Experience designing for live events or on-site activations (booths, signage, environmental branding).
• Comfort building polished decks (Keynote, PowerPoint, or Figma) for external, partner-facing audiences.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
• Genuine interest in sports, ideally poker or competitive gaming; you understand what prestige looks like in that world.
• Able to work fast without sacrificing quality; comfortable juggling multiple live workstreams at once.
• Portfolio required with application.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing.
• An interest in or familiarity with poker, esports, or luxury and lifestyle brands.
• A strong eye for detail, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience working with brands that have multiple sub-brands, products, or creative verticals.
