As part of this strategic agenda, the organisation is seeking an experienced HR leader to serve as a key partner to senior leadership across the region.

About the Role

The Senior Human Resources Director, ASEAN will lead the people and organisational agenda across multiple ASEAN markets. This role is responsible for partnering with the CEO, COO, board members and senior leadership team to ensure people strategies, leadership capabilities and workforce priorities are aligned with business objectives.

Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, the successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across talent management, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, workforce effectiveness and regional HR governance. The role will also oversee the development of executive talent, succession frameworks, leadership rewards and retention strategies to ensure the organisation is able to attract, retain and develop critical roles across the region.

Working closely with country HR leaders and business heads, the Senior Human Resources Director will focus on strengthening leadership pipelines, enhancing organisational capability, improving talent retention and driving consistent people practices across markets. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded HR leader to influence business outcomes while serving as a key advisor to the CEO on leadership, workforce and organisational priorities.

What We'll Like to See in You

You are a seasoned HR executive with significant experience leading regional HR functions within complex, multi-country organisations. You have successfully partnered with CEOs, managing directors and senior leadership teams to drive business performance through effective people strategies and leadership initiatives.

You bring strong expertise in succession planning, leadership assessment, talent management, organisational effectiveness and workforce planning, with a proven ability to build leadership capability at senior levels. Commercially astute and highly credible with executive stakeholders, you are comfortable operating in matrix environments and influencing across different markets and cultures. You balance strategic thinking with practical execution, operational effectiveness and possess the confidence to influence constructively while building strong stakeholder relationships. Experience within healthcare, life sciences, medical technology, pharmaceutical or other technically driven industries will be advantageous but is not essential.
