Handling of recruitment (Indirect staff & Direct Labor)
Handling of Training & Development matter
Handling of employee welfare.
Overseeing foreign worker permit, passport and accommodation.
Responsible to audit the company 5'S
Other task assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Participate in external audit (Customer audit, RBA, ISO audit & etc.)
