  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through various recruitment channels and recruitment partners.
  • Support payroll processing, statutory submissions, employee tax matters, and HR reporting.
  • Assist in annual salary review, bonus exercises, and Total Rewards initiatives, including employee benefits, insurance, and welfare programs.
  • Support the review and enhancement of HR policies, employee handbook, and HR processes.
  • Provide HR advisory support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, HR projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 2 to 3 years as Human Resource Executive
  • Able to deal with staff firmly while maintaining good working relationship
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Info-Tech payroll system is a plus
  • Preferable able to start work within short notice
