Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to support the HR Operations for the HQ & Regional Branch in the overall management of personnel services for Neu Dimension Group of Companies. This role requires strong hands-on HR operational experience, HR Policy & Employment Law Compliance, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits. The ideal candidate is responsible to provide support in various HR functions, which includes manpower planning, succession planning initiatives, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manpower Planning & Budgeting

Drive workforce planning and succession planning initiatives to ensure business continuity and organizational readiness.

  • Performance Management

Assist for planning the performance objectives and targets for each employee, team and the organization as a whole.

  • HR Analytics & Reporting:

Provide HR insights and workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making.

  • Employee Relations & Industrial Relations:

Manage employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

  • Learning & Development:

Execute employee development initiatives and supervise HRD Corp-related matters to strengthen workforce capabilities.

  • HR Policy Compliance:

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including the latest amendments to employment laws in Malaysia

  • Recruitment & Tender:

Support the entire recruitment & tender process ranging from job design, advertisement design & placement, sourcing and screening of potential applicants.

  • Compensation & Benefits

Execute the implementation and management of organization's compensation and benefits programs, maintaining compliance with legal requirements and enhancing employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Manpower Planning & Budgeting.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other relevant labour laws.
  • Experience in handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and domestic inquiries.
  • Familiarity with Performance Management Systems (PMS), competency development, and succession planning practices.
