Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute an HR strategy to support company growth, international expansion, and cultural development
HR Transformation: Transform the HR function into a proactive business partner focusing on talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness
Culture & Engagement: Define a high-performance corporate culture, revamp the employee handbook, and implement an engagement program based on survey findings.
Talent Acquisition & Compensation: Define talent acquisition strategies, design manpower plan, develop competitive compensation packages, and hire critical roles for Malaysia, Indonesia, and overseas.
Training & Development: Automate the training platform, evaluate current training frameworks, execute annual training plans and launch leadership development programs.
Performance Reporting: Establish a monthly HR performance dashboard and roadmap for senior leadership.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Certification: Certified Trainer (e.g., HRD Corp Train-the-Trainer / TTT) to lead and review staff training programs
Experience: 8 years of experience in Human Resource function and at least 2 years in leadership position. Proven track record in a senior HR leadership role, specifically focusing on HR transformation, culture building, and organizational effectiveness.
Regional & Expansion Expertise: Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and compensation bench-marking for regional markets, specifically Malaysia, Indonesia, and overseas expansion.
Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to design and execute Manpower Plans, HR transformation roadmaps, and modern policy frameworks.
Training Platform Management: Experience in automating and managing training systems, specifically utilizing Microsoft 365 or similar digital platforms.
Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills with the ability to present strategic roadmaps, monthly dashboards, and alignment proposals to senior leadership and the board.
