HR Specialist (Talent Acquisition & Compensation & Benefits)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Specialist (TA & C&B) to support our ASEAN operations. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment activities, supporting compensation and benefits administration, and partnering with business leaders to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities
> Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment consultation and market insights.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and external recruitment partners.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions across ASEAN.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and organizational fit.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring effectiveness.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Lear's market presence and attract high-quality talent.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and audit standards.
> Compensation & Benefits
- Support compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking, annual compensation reviews, bonus programs, and benefit-related activities.
- Prepare and analyze compensation data, reports, and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Support job evaluation, salary structure maintenance, and grading-related activities.
- Ensure compensation and benefits programs are administered consistently and in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
> HR Projects & Operations
- Support regional HR initiatives and projects related to talent acquisition, rewards, employee experience, and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate HR records, recruitment documentation, and employee data.
- Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards to support business and management decisions.
- Participate in policy reviews, audits, and compliance activities when required.
- Support other HR operational activities and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and/or Compensation & Benefits.
- Good understanding of compensation principles, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing techniques, and talent market trends.
- Experience supporting multiple countries within ASEAN will be an added advantage.
