Support a wide range of HR activities, including HR Business Partner (HRBP) functions, Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives, and operational HR processes.
Assist in delivering HR processes across the employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, manpower planning, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and offboarding.
Work closely with the HR Lead to implement HR strategies, initiatives, and policy rollouts aligned with business needs.
Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing queries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Contribute to HR process improvements and support the development of best practices to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of HR related experiences preferably in a fintech or financial industry
Highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain confidentiality.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
Experience in a fast-paced or dynamic environment is a plus.
