We're Hiring for Senior HR Executive Role

What You Bring To The Table:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in HR Payroll role
- Comfortable working with payroll systems (cloud-based or standalone = big plus!)
- Solid understanding of Malaysian labour laws (you know your EA from your IR)
- Strong problem-solving skills and confident communication
- A sharp eye for detail and a love for getting numbers right
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be prioritized
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
What You'll Be Doing:
- Run payroll smoothly and accurately while keeping everything compliant
- Manage HR records and respond to employee queries with professionalism and confidentiality
- Stay up to date with Malaysian employment laws and best practices
- Work closely with managers across departments to support HR and staffing needs
- Own the recruitment journey — from sourcing and interviews to onboarding new hires
- Support the HR Manager in rolling out HR initiatives, engagement activities, and people-focused projects
