- Coordinate the overall recruitment process and assist in group manpower planning.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.
- Develop, implement, and manage learning and organizational development strategies, including training programs and records aligned with business objectives.
- Formulate, review, and administer HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
- Handle employee relations matter such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Lead the annual performance review process and support merit increase programs.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Law, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR disciplines including compensation, employee relations, performance management, and employment laws is an advantage.

Budget: Max up to RM6XXX plus (salary depends on experience)
