Job Description
Building Management
- Oversee office and factory administration to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Optimize costs through effective vendor negotiations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage building services, maintenance schedules, vendor performance, and related contracts.
- Support annual budgeting and cost monitoring.
- Provide assistance in IT coordination where required.
Foreign Worker & Expatriate Management
- Administer staff hostel facilities, including maintenance, tenancy renewals, and utilities.
- Conduct quarterly hostel audits to ensure compliance with safety and living standards.
- Ensure adherence to regulations governing foreign workers.
- Manage expatriate matters, including work permits, visa renewals, and statutory compliance.
Travel Management
- Ensure timely applications and renewals of visas, KITAS, and APEC cards.
- Coordinate comprehensive travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and insurance.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Plan, coordinate, and execute activities to foster employee engagement and well-being.
- Support welfare initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
Compensation & Benefits
- Verify employee claims with accuracy and ensure timely processing.
- Review and validate panel clinic invoices to ensure correctness and cost efficiency.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support recruitment activities and ensure a smooth onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
Miscellaneous & Support Functions
- Manage petty cash with accountability and proper reporting.
- Provide support for Zoom meetings and basic IT-related tasks.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.
- Actively contribute to the Safety & Health Committee to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably Degree holder in Human Resource Management or other related area
- Working experience in similar role will be added advantage
- Positive and energetic, good interpersonal / communication skills
- Systematic and process oriented
- Keen to develop a career in HR
- Ability to work independently and is motivated to achieve results
