Responsibilities (HR Senior Exec)
1) Enhance company branding, across various channels and assets.
2) Understand job requirements, to create compelling job postings that effective communicate our company's culture, values and opportunities.
3) Efficiently and diligently process job applications, from shortlisting, phone interviews, assessments to live interviews, recording to report the hiring process.
4) Design and execute effective orientation programs for new employees, whilst following up on their progress, receiving feedback from supervisors.
5) Foster team bonding through engaging activities that build relationships and strengthen collaboration.
6) Develop strategies to improve employee retention and conduct exit interviews.
7) Collaborate with supervisors to generate insightful reports on staff performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
Requirements
1)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
2) Minimum 3 years working experience in HR related fields, from a fast-paced company.
3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
4) Passion for unlocking the performance potential of our team.

Salary
The salary range for this position is RM5,000 - RM10,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
