About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Human Resources Executive to join our team at Sunrider Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic HR operations of our company both locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, employee onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, HRIS and performance management
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Coordinating employee benefits, training, and development programmes
  • Handling payroll processing inclusive of the timely submission of all statutory reports and payments
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote a positive and productive work environment
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, experience in general office administration will be a plus though not essential
  • Exposure or experience in HRIS implementation will be an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality is a must
  • Problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and organised approach to work

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices

Preferred Skills
