Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support the Precast business unit with strong focus on HR operations governance, ISO compliance, and documentation control. This role requires a structured and detail-oriented HR professional who is comfortable working in a manufacturing and operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR operations support for the Precast business unit
- Manage HR documentation control in compliance with ISO standards and audit requirements
- Ensure proper filing, traceability, and accuracy of HR records and documentation
- Support internal and external audits including ISO and statutory compliance audits
- Maintain structured HR systems, SOPs, and documentation workflows
- Support implementation and improvement of HR policies and operational procedures
- Coordinate employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, and contract updates
- Support HR reporting and workforce data accuracy
- Work closely with operations and site teams on HR governance and compliance matters
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or project-based environments
- Strong exposure to ISO standards, audit processes, and documentation control systems
- Experience in HR compliance and structured HR operations
- Strong attention to detail and high discipline in documentation accuracy
- Good understanding of HR lifecycle management
- Ability to work independently and handle operational HR matters with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working closely with site/operations teams
- Added advantage: experience supporting ISO certification or audit processes
