We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and drive strategic people initiatives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and learning & development
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth and transformation
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior management on workforce planning and talent management
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
- Manage and mentor the HR team to achieve operational excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
- Minimum 812 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
