Job Summary

This position is responsible to work closely with the team and line managers, provide first class support and guidance across all elements of the HR spectrum. This position also needs to ensure all the HR activities, policies, programs, and procedures comply with employment law and align to the business goals.

Job Description

  • Identify the department's objectives and goals for the human resource teams and align to the business goals.
  • Track progress of how a team and a strategy to target the HR objectives are performing.
  • Provide guidance, advise and overseeing the HRBP team and HR services team's daily HR activities included Recruitment, Learning & Development, Industrial Relations, Safety & Health, HRIS, Reward & Compensation, Employee Engagement, CSR activities, Payroll and etc.
  • Analyze HR statistics and metrics like employee performance, turnover, retention, and cost per hire rate.
  • Research, develop and implement such HR policies and organizational strategies that boost and improve the work environment for employees.
  • Works on the development and implementation of employee benefits and compensation plans.
  • Analyze the performance metrics of a recruitment drive and provide insights and suggestions to improve the HR.
  • Maintain the law and assure that the processes comply with the federal and state laws
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied & updated consistently.
  • Incorporation of Governance Risk & Opportunities into the daily business, operation and decision-making processes.
  • To ensure that the conduct of the business and operations including activities, products and services are in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations as well as our internal policies and procedures.
  • Involve in any ad-hoc HR projects or reporting when required.

Qualification

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of proven working experience as a HR manager
  • Complete understanding and familiarity with the Human resource management software and tools like payroll management systems, talent acquisition tools, HR system, etc.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent people management skills and organizational skills.
  • Excellent mentorship and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
