Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • To provide the strategic directions and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including Hiring, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Welfare and Employee Services, IR, Training and administrative functions.
  • Provide practical and proactive support, direction and advice to other division managers on HR procedure, policy, best practice, employment rewards, benefits, and legislation to facilitate in achieving the objectives and targets of an organisation.
  • Coordinating employee onboarding, training and development activities.
  • Maintaining employee records and files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assisting with the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening applications and coordinating interviews.
  • Supporting payroll and benefits administration.
  • Collaborating with managers to identify and address HR-related needs.
  • Supporting HR data migration processes.
  • Staying up to date with labour laws, regulations and best practices in human resources.

Job requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a human resources generalist role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin.
