Adecco's client is seeking a strategic, systems-driven, and transformation-focused HR Strategy & Transformation to lead regional HRIS implementation and harmonise key HR frameworks across multiple markets. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) implementation, HR transformation, job grading, C&B governance, and structured project delivery, with the maturity to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the APAC-wide implementation and ongoing optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring reliable data, streamlined workflows, and strong user adoption
- Collaborate with global and regional HR teams, business partners, and project stakeholders on rollout planning, system testing, and long-term operational stability
- Support the alignment of compensation programs, job levelling structures, and performance management frameworks across the region
- Lead regional HR process enhancement and harmonisation, ensuring scalability and practicality across diverse markets
- Steer HR project execution, ensuring delivery remains on track, well-governed, and outcome-driven
- Manage key project controls including risks, dependencies, resources, and progress updates
- Build impactful presentations and reports to update senior stakeholders on project outcomes and process improvements
- Champion continuous improvement and organisational change, working across functions to influence and embed new ways of working
Requirements
- 8+ years of HR experience in any combination of HRIS, COE, transformation, or generalist functions covering multiple APAC markets, gained within a MNC environment.
- Demonstrated involvement in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or system rollout projects, either as a functional lead or regional system owner
- Practical knowledge of C&B, job evaluation/job architecture, and performance framework implementation across different country landscapes
- Proven ability to run multi-country HR projects with clear structure and disciplined delivery
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Comfortable navigating unclear or shifting project environments, with a proactive and resilient mindset
- Skilled in Excel (especially pivot-based reporting), PowerPoint, and HR system tools
- Business-level proficiency in English
