▌ Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong understanding of the CFD and forex brokerage ecosystem. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across commercial, technology, and compliance functions to support our rapid global expansion.
▌ Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for commercial and technical roles across global markets
- Partner with department heads and COO to define hiring needs and create compelling job profiles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, industry networks, and headhunting
- Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers within agreed SLAs
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable)
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for CFD, fintech, and financial services roles
- Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and offer management end-to-end
- Report on hiring metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness
- Ensure a positive candidate experience in line with company culture and brand values
▌ Requirements
- 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in CFD, forex, or fintech
- Proven track record of hiring for commercial, sales, and technology roles
- Strong knowledge of CFD industry roles, terminology, and talent landscape
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
▌ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for regulated financial institutions (FCA, ASIC, CySEC, SC)
- Familiarity with MetaTrader 4/5, CRM, and back-office platforms
- Prior experience in a global or multi-regional recruitment role
