Senior HVAC Design Engineer

Responsibility

·     Review contractual specifications, drawings and required design inputs to help establish list of engineering documents to be produced.

·     To perform engineering design in mechanical engineering designs such as performing HVAC system heat load calculation, prepare single line ducting drawing, D&ID, P&ID, equipment data sheet & provide technical back‐up for marine/offshore application.

·     Prepare and ensure that all‐engineering designs progress schedule is planned in accordance with the contractual requirements.

·     Prepare and verify Material requisition for the project and liaise with supplier for relevant document.

·     To attend technical meetings with clients whenever is required.

·     To support the commissioning Engineer in trouble shooting of A/C provision Systems if necessary or at the request of operations/support department.

·     To support pre‐sales proposals and ensure tenders are properly reviewed together with the sales personnel to help meet customers requirements.

Requirements

·     Diploma or Degree holder of Mechanical Engineering or related courses.

·     Minimum of 5 years of work experience in HVAC marine offshore industrial or HVAC design company

·     Must be Auto‐Cad proficient and keen to detail.

·     Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
