Key Responsibilities:

  • The senior security engineer provides support, implementation, design, and integration services for identity management solutions such as Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Windows-based systems across the enterprise.
  • Collaboration with project and support teams to produce enterprise-level designs for access management of global initiatives.
  • Own root cause analysis, and problem management and serve as the escalation point for identity and access management support issues.
  • Drive IAM-related initiatives such as Azure AD integration, single sign-on, self-service password reset, domain management, and password dictionaries.
  • Own configuration, management, and health of domain controllers to include patching and hardening
  • Manage group policy
  • Create and maintain system documentation

Ideal candidates will have the following base qualifications:

  • B.S. or B.A. degree in computer science, information technology, or computer-related discipline.
  • 7+ years of IT work experience in a global information technology infrastructure environment with 4+ years of experience working with Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, and Group Policies.

Technical Competencies:

  • Expert knowledge in administering Active Directory (AD) and group policy (GPO).
  • Expert knowledge of Azure AD, ADFS, and SSO, in a Windows environment.
  • Expert knowledge of DNS, DHCP, WINS, and DFS, in a Windows landscape.
  • Extensive experience with infrastructure and server principles and concepts application infrastructure and standards networking fundamentals Windows physical server architecture Virtualization Technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V) and LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies.
  • Knowledge of Quest Active Roles Server and identity management solutions like Oracle Identity Management or SailPoint.
  • Understanding of Microsoft SCCM, SCOM, and Intune

Non-Technical Competencies:

  • Great troubleshooting technical skills.
  • Understanding of security best practices.
  • Ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language for end users.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, large-scale manufacturing environment with a record of hands-on deploying and maintaining business-critical systems.
  • Team Player with proven communication, organizational, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated out of box problem solver with the ability to switch between team projects and self-directed work
  • Able to prioritize and drive results
