Job Description

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Demand & Capacity Planning
    • Forecast long-term testing demand, capacity requirements, and contingent workforce needs.
    • Align customer testing requests seamlessly with available chamber capacity and resources.
    • Identify operational bottlenecks, resource shortages, and critical scheduling risks early.
    • Formulate recovery plans and alternative proposals for customers to mitigate timeline delays.
  • Subcontractor & Vendor Management
    • Monitor subcontractor quality, turnaround times (TAT), and key performance metrics (KPIs).
    • Conduct regular performance reviews with subcontractors and escalate critical issues.
    • Partner with Quality teams to ensure subcontractor compliance with lab specs and reliability standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Act as the primary liaison between customers, engineering, and laboratory operations.
    • Coordinate cross-functionally to manage multiple competing priorities under tight schedules.

Your Profile


Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Mathematic & Statistical, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Business or related fields.
  • Proven track record in planning, operations, logistics, or subcontractor management. Direct experience within semiconductor reliability laboratories environment is highly preferred.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent operational planning systems.
  • Strong data-driven planning, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor reliability testing and JEDEC, AEC-Q100/Q006 qualification standards is a plus.
  • Positive mindset with exceptional customer focus, stakeholder management, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
  • Posses ability to juggle multi-tasking work assignment, ability to thrives and remains composed within a highly dynamics, fast-paced semiconductor lab environment and work to meet tight schedules.
