Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans and schedules, and monitor progress accordingly.
Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and addressing variances.
Identify project risks and define mitigation strategies while maintaining transparent communication.
Facilitate meetings to ensure clarity of objectives and expectations.
Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and milestones.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP certification is required.
35 years of experience managing IT projects in a technology-driven environment.
At least 3 years of dedicated experience leading large-scale, international or global IT projects (e.g., ERP implementations, system integrations, global infrastructure rollouts)
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA, ..etc).
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven record of driving teams to success.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the Information Technology and Services industry is highly preferred.
