Senior Information Technology Project Manager

Job Responsibilites

* Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

* Develop detailed project plans and schedules, and monitor progress accordingly.

* Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and addressing variances.

* Identify project risks and define mitigation strategies while maintaining transparent communication.

* Facilitate meetings to ensure clarity of objectives and expectations.

* Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and

milestones.

Job Requirement

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;

PMP certification is required.

* 3-5 years of experience managing IT projects in a technology-driven environment.

* At least 3 years of dedicated experience leading large-scale, international or global IT projects (e.g., ERP implementations, system integrations, global infrastructure rollouts)

* Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA, ..etc).

* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven record of driving teams to

success.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience in the Information Technology and Services industry is highly preferred.
