This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Information Technology Support professional, located in Nilai. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring smooth operation of desktop computers and other IT equipment. Responsibilities include managing help desk support, addressing user inquiries, and resolving technical challenges effectively to support various business functions.

• Proven experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting tasks
• Knowledge of Desktop Computers and related hardware
• Proficiency in Information Technology, including system setup and maintenance
• Strong skills in Help Desk Support and customer issue resolution
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in a senior IT support role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
