Looking for a hands-on infrastructure role with broad ownership
Join us to manage and support IT infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, vendor management and technology projects across our offices and project sites.
What you'll do
- Manage Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Support network infrastructure, firewalls, Wi-Fi and backup systems
- Monitor cybersecurity solutions including XDR, SOC and email security
- Act as the Level 2/3 escalation point for infrastructure issues
- Manage IT vendors and service delivery
- Deliver infrastructure upgrades and improvement projects
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives
What we're looking for
- 5-8 years of experience in Infrastructure, Systems Administration or IT Operations
- Strong hands-on experience in servers, networks and enterprise infrastructure
- Experience with vendor management and project implementation
- Exposure to cybersecurity technologies is an advantage
- Able to work independently and take ownership
