Position Description:
We are seeking at Lenovo Malaysia for our Global Accounts division an Inside Sales Representative handling Global Accounts.
We are seeking enthusiastic, career-minded professionals to join our Inside Sales Team. The ideal Inside Sales Account Representative will be aggressive, goal-oriented, articulate and possess sound phone skills.
A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals is a must.This position will be responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full catalogue of Lenovo products and selling against the competition. Inside Sales Representatives will configure products, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone. Inside Sales Account Representatives will work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop sales opportunities within the Vietnamese market, leveraging deep understanding of local business culture and customer behavior.
- Promote the full range of Lenovo products and solutions, positioning competitive advantages effectively.
- Configure product offerings, prepare pricing, negotiate terms, and generate quotations tailored to Indonesian clients.
- Deliver proactive account management and support via telephone and digital channels, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align with corporate initiatives including weekly forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent proficiency and excellent command of English (both verbal and written) to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience or strong interest in B2B sales, IT solutions, or customer engagement within the AP market.
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a confident and persuasive communication style.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High adaptability and resilience, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
- Prior experience working with AP clients or in a regional sales role is a strong advantage.
