Job Description

Position Objective:

Lead end-to-end 360° integrated brand campaigns, from strategy through execution, to strengthen AHAM Capital's position as a leading asset management brand in Malaysia.

Act as the owner of brand campaigns, responsible for developing and delivering full-funnel, multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive measurable brand and business outcomes. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless integration, consistency, and execution across all customer touchpoints.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead End-to-End 360° Integrated Campaigns

  • Own the full lifecycle of 360° integrated brand campaigns, including strategy, planning, execution, optimisation, and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Develop integrated campaign frameworks across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels.
  • Build clear campaign architecture, including messaging, target audience, channel roles, asset mapping, and flighting plans.
  • Serve as the central point of integration to ensure strong translation of brand and product USPs into channel-specific creatives and formats.
  • Optimise campaigns in-flight based on performance data and insights.
  • Deliver campaigns that meet brand and business KPIs.

2. Grow Brand Awareness, Credibility & Thought Leadership

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver fully integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Lead annual and seasonal brand awareness initiatives to increase brand visibility, drive new client acquisition, and strengthen brand positioning among existing clients.
  • Drive execution governance, including timelines, deliverables, budget management, and quality control.

3. Brand Marketing Leadership

  • Work closely with Corporate Communications, Customer Growth, Product Marketing, and Creative Design teams to develop integrated brand assets and campaigns that connect offline client experiences with digital amplification across online, offline, and in-app channels. Support client acquisition, loyalty programmes, thought leadership initiatives, credibility-building campaigns, and new product launches.
  • Act as the custodian of Brand CI, ensuring consistency across all public-facing and client-facing materials, communications, and activations.
  • Ensure activations are measurable and aligned to business objectives and outcomes.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management to support evolving business needs and organisational objectives. Travel may be required as project needs arise.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record in leading end-to-end 360° integrated brand campaigns (offline-to-online), end-to-end (strategy proven experience of working across multiple channels and stakeholders to deliver unified campaigns
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong capabilities in campaign strategy development, channel planning and integration, as well as messaging and creative framework development.
  • Hands-on experience in brand activations, including large-scale integrated campaigns and activations.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably within the financial services, asset management, or fintech industries.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of people management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for investing and financial market trends; personal investing experience is highly desirable.
