Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer located in Balakong. The Senior Interior Designer will oversee space planning, develop interior design concepts, and prepare detailed construction drawings. The role also involves collaborating with clients, coordinating with in-house teams, and managing design projects from start to finish, including the selection and specification of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments
• Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings to ensure accurate and viable project execution
• Skills in FF&E selection and specification to complete design projects with appropriate materials and finishes
• Strong project management and client communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Corona Rendering or similar tools
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Previous experience in residential, commercial, and/or office interior design projects is an advantage
