About the role
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can work independently on conceptual design, 3D rendering, and 2D detailed drawings.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with the Sales team and understand clients needs, lifestyle preferences, and design vision.
- Complete the drawing based on clients preference on schedule.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, space planning, and material selection.
- Strong team management skills, with a passion for pushing creative boundaries and exploring new design technologies.
- Coordinate with the site supervisor for on-site briefings before project commencement, ensuring a cohesive workflow
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and manage project deadlines.
- Ability to multitask with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Lead and mentor junior interior designers.
What do we need from you
- Able to speak and understand Mandarin and English fluently.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strongcommunication & presentation skills.
- Minimum 3 years of Design & Build experience
- Required skills: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, and other professional design software.
- Experience working on bungalow projects is essential
- Possess own transport.
