About the Role

As a Senior iOS Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping platform capabilities that support multiple mobile teams. You'll lead initiatives across build systems, mobile architecture, observability, and release processes to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of mobile applications.

You will also collaborate with engineers across iOS, Android, and web platforms to align technical strategies and improve overall engineering quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions across mobile platform infrastructure, including build pipelines and core frameworks
• Optimize iOS applications for performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, including build, test, and release workflows
• Implement logging, monitoring, and performance tracking solutions
• Support cloud integration and infrastructure automation
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide operational support when needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical roadmaps
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in native iOS development (Swift, Xcode)
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, AWS, Azure, or similar)
• Hands-on experience in build pipeline optimization and release management
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, scalability, and performance tuning
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and observability tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile observability tools (e.g., Firebase, Datadog, Bugsnag)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure automation
• Experience in platform engineering or developer experience roles
• Familiarity with performance profiling and mobile optimization techniques
