With over 120 stores in Malaysia and expanding rapidly, Kenangan Coffee is seeking a Senior IT Executive to join our dynamic team. You will play an important role in supporting our retail and corporate operations, overseeing IT infrastructure, managing critical vendor relationships, and driving the IT readiness for our new store openings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in IT support and infrastructure management, with significant experience in the retail or F&B industry being highly preferred.
- Extensive hands-on experience with POS systems, CCTV/Surveillance, ISP circuits, WAN/LAN networks, and various IT hardware (routers, switches). Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot general office IT systems.
- Strong skills in project management, vendor management, and coordinating complex technical tasks with non-technical departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and experience using project/issue tracking tools like JIRA.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
Job Role:
- Manage the end-to-end IT setup for all new store openings, including hardware installation, system configuration, and network readiness (POS, Internet, Router, CCTV, etc.).
- Act as the primary IT liaison, coordinating complex installation and readiness schedules with Operations, Store Development, and external third-party vendors.
- Perform scheduled hardware installation, maintenance, and system upgrades for both new and existing store locations and the Head Office.
- Execute comprehensive IT hardware and system testing, and conduct required technical training for store staff on all IT procedures.
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot all Corporate Office IT systems, including network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, user devices (laptops, printers), and internal software support.
- Ensure smooth technical administration and optimal implementation of core systems such as POS, network security, and surveillance systems (CCTV).
- Oversee the inventory and life cycle management of all corporate and store IT assets.
- Prepare technical analysis solutions and provide timely IT readiness and project progress reports as required.
