Senior IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
• Lead project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and milestone management.
• Ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, partners, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Support cross-functional teams across different regions and time zones to ensure smooth project execution.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution discussions and project estimation.
• Mentor and guide junior project team members when required.

Requirement

• eDegree in Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
• .Scrum Master and/or PMP certification
• .Minimum 4 years of experience managing software or technology projects
• .Experience managing projects for external clients, preferably in international environments
• .Proven track record delivering projects involving multiple workstreams, phases, or stakeholders
• .Experience managing project budgets, timelines, vendors, and third-party partners
• .Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• .Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes

• dExperience working with AI, analytics, enterprise software, SaaS, or digital transformation projects
• .Technical understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• .Experience working with geographically distributed teams
