Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to meet hiring needs across technology functions.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to align role requirements, candidate profiles, and selection processes.
- Sound in using a variety of sourcing methods to build strong pipelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communications.
- Provide advise to HRBPs and hiring manager on compensation package to close top candidates.
- Manage the coordination of interview scheduling, background checks, assessment tools, and onboarding activities for new hires.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and data to support planning and decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment SOP, processes, and procedures in line with market best practice to delivery best client experience.
Minimum Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in any disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within in-house or RPO environments.
- Proven experience hiring for various IT function roles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
