Job Description

Job Summary

The Senior Sales Manager / Sales Director will lead and expand the technology sales function, driving revenue growth through strategic market development, enterprise partnerships, and a high- performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Lead, coach and scale a team of account executives, business development managers and solution consultants.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise clients, technology partners, and channel resellers.

Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's footprint in key verticals.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions, pricing and product-market fit.

Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.

Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports and performance analysis to executive leadership.

Represent the company at industry conferences, client meetings and strategic events.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field (MBA preferred).

10+ years of progressive experience in IT sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of the technology ecosystem, emerging digital trends and enterprise buyer behavior.

Demonstrated ability to build, lead and scale high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
