Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java and Spring technologies to support and enhance our Digital Banking platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for backend solution design, development, and L3 production support, ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of core banking and digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and integration layers for Digital Banking applications.

Build and optimize backend solutions using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, XML, and SQL.

Provide L3 production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver permanent fixes.

Collaborate closely with frontend developers, solution architects, QA, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Ensure system scalability, performance tuning, and adherence to security and coding best practices.

Participate actively in Agile sprints, DevOps practices, and continuous delivery initiatives.

Provide technical mentorship and share knowledge with junior developers.
